Our Outcomes
Usually this is a long list of “services” offered by a “fiduciary” to provide “peace of mind”.
But you can find that anywhere.
And it doesn’t help you see where you’re going.
Remember - we refine your relationship with money which changes your experience of life.
Here’s how we’ve changed lives.
So far, we’ve made it easier for these things to happen…
babies welcomed into the world (they are “affordable”)
24
homes purchased or sold or remodeled
41
job/career transitions and intentional income reductions
19
transitions to life without a paycheck
15
lifelong pursuits of defining “enough”
65
small business owners getting wealth out of their business
19
We had to stop counting…
Arbitrary budgets abandoned,
Dumb investment decisions avoided,
And news headlines ignored.
But success isn’t numbers, it’s stories.
And here (in our own words) are some of the best ones…
For ambitious families and individuals…
The Next Right Thing
Young children, family in another state, a business, and two potential job transitions made the present AND the future feel murky. With intentional mid-year vision casting we paved the way for a move and the
clarity to ask for (and receive!)
a 100% raise.
Slowing Down
Two incomes and a stellar savings rate created endless flexibility and options, but it was hard to know when to loosen the belt. With the help of our one pager, we confirmed it was OK to intentionally travel with kids, tighten up our generosity habits, and scale
back in work hours.
Taking the Leap
Pursuing a passion as a side hustle provided financial security, but made it hard to fan the flame. So we built up some cash and reviewed spending needs BEFORE giving two-week’s notice. Even with planning there’s uncertainty, but a process for measuring progress
made it hit different. And yes…
the flame is still burning.
For the nimble-minded and young-at-heart…
Baby Steps
A surprise late-career job loss reset all expectations. So we took one small step at a time and built a new business while maintaining lifestyle, level of generosity, and sanity as a couple. And no, fancy investments weren’t the secret - they were down 14%
in the first year (they recovered 😜).
Truth then Dare
An unfathomable loss led to significant financial wealth - two or three lifetimes of it. But it was hard to see the truth amidst the grief. After a few years, it was finally time to dare ourselves to spend. So we did, and it opened the door to years of family experiences and travel that used to seem “irresponsible
and reckless”.

AT story about selling to DT
For skeptics of traditional advice…
Maybe it is a Relationship
A client reached out after a decade of stellar returns, no history of ongoing financial advice, and the nagging question of “How do I make sense of it all?”. Then another client reached out - same returns, same question - but 100x the assets. Maybe “keep accumulating” isn’t very good advice.
